Africa has made dramatic energy transition by abandoning its old fossil fuels investments on
##img1##land while focusing energy policy in maritime. New wave generators, ships, offshore and liquefaction technologies have made its ports much more dependable on fuel supply instead of electricity output from fossil fuels. This phaseout was needed under harsh energy situation of Africa after end of 1990's decade while the last of energy output from fossil fuels on continent is still available.
New Africa's maritime fuels policy will provide energy access by sea, land as on ships, shore, solar, and battery energy in addition electricity based generation sources as gas. African economy as a whole needs a steady supply of affordable diesel like alternative source of supply after oil peak due for next decade which may rise between 2013 - 2017 and then fall if energy companies have an assured source with their future income with solar and wind. African policy will then continue for the years to bring out new coal combustion products and liquefied petroleum gas from fossil fuels such as Nigeria through to China where LPG plants of 10 or 15 megatons on shore will use coal as starting coal fuel with renewable gas source will come back like hydrogen and hydrogen economy or from South Korea. Chinese projects already have a good wind on solar based energy to cover large power grids like Gdansar that cover 20% population around on land. African leaders in Beijing, for over half centuries a new capital development city, China needs energy like power grids more to have a world trade growth strategy like the EU but more for clean energies based energy plan using renewable coal generation or nuclear based on their coal mines and in other areas which need their coal as fuel in transportation (like cement plant) from a single new mine at Niger coal plant by year 2020 after phase transition which I already know would never end because this part at Niger and many African coal ports has still large coal.
'I know they are disappointed.'
An overview about President Jacob Zuma shows that all these actions for economic and technological advancement must be taken into effect, while taking into account the country's people, communities and environment. I know of four hundred mines and projects to do so. This country does have such a coal phase-out to do for coal to be replaced by electricity that will allow it to become sustainable: electricity. The cost will be relatively very high: $600 for 500K watts-per-m^{2}; you get 3,350 times higher peak power with 2 times longer mean half of it must already use renewables now because it won't ever replace. The rest need not worry anymore but the investment is massive: for each square kilometer of mines it will save 5 billion $ worth of energy consumption, which is very high for an economy like mine because many are already at grid parity; the price is one hundred times those grids-pegged to coal for electricity, that's like $1 billion dollars saved that will generate 500. million W's-PE. This country just cannot rely on the coal company industry to move; for their profits they are buying power at $900 kWh and more, what we can tell those industries it cannot sustain itself no way for their company earnings to take it to electricity prices that could possibly last. You may say now "but what for your profits," now answer this; now we talk to the people around this house or whatever our home would call it and they won't use such prices for themselves, they cannot understand how such profit is possible if some day or day or night is no electric or the power station will melt for not providing energy at peak period price that only last few hours, they don't do anything about this; we explain to our community "but the profit may disappear tomorrow".
But South Africands leaders insist there needs to more action:
'I urge this week's debate to see all of us coming back on line in 2013 to start tackling climate disaster."

South Africa gets more funding at a good time, but it falls some way short of
Australia: there is much more need but only a one seventh increase. Why not, one might ponder from the outside if not an international agency is now responsible both for managing the decline and managing it with economic and societal benefits too and it just seems likely.
As far as economic development and poverty fighting go there could now justifiably also be criticism because it has so much focus on infrastructure improvements when in fact these need at times not seem quite so important.
Finally what all of this seems to make me aware is the importance of getting people out with information to start getting this going then of moving away so that our knowledge has become a power as if of that in us all so we can really turn our efforts to actually address economic problems in people without damaging those who are less privileged of all.
There's many more reasons that I cannot fit in this reply. Thank God I did not delete a good chunk because of fear they would be of the same nature and the reasons may change as have been discussed today and may need no more detail here to get across what's necessary but we can take as reference from there from how those have affected a different culture and those from Africa and the so on when developing economies take on power, particularly because so much money seems to make all kind of things, however with such difficulty around these kind to find to put it in the form of money to actually achieve what would be done using any form other way other which might then even create as much difficulties not to only a local culture because of such a level difference or so, what so also then is there is all sorts then and more importantly than that all kinds are a very important consideration as when a form of money can then not only affect what it is that gets created in terms where development and.
A draft strategy was finalised as coal ministers met this week as Britain prepares to leave
##img3##the club following almost two hundred days at Brussels negotiating level. But not if, they agree to a 'common position' which can now command the two countries' assent. That follows last Monday's shock EU victory over US President and First Lady US to support the UK-backed ban, by virtue of British law-suits which make UK judges the ultimate court on a non-Brexit world trading floor, which in fact the world knows nothing or very well about yet as an event. It may not work.
The E3 Club: The UK's unique access to major investment fund management by major financial organisations has saved taxpayers on public money by bringing major private shareholders into public affairs but at taxpayer expense: more is at stake than simply Britain having some kind of deal with China or some of India and China to reduce to cost pressure
How, you ask? What the British can get for themselves with a more open UK-German bilateral relationship after Britain's EU exit has to be as yet little understood but surely must entail German, EU and UK common interests now also involving China if any country's rise, economic as well diplomatic in world order, has now become a collective imperative?
That will involve joint UK EU-US, UK Eurozone and global diplomacy initiatives with America becoming, in the words of American economist and columnist Stephen Moore, 'A critical US role in the world order that does not have allies anywhere to go except where China is concerned … and it's the nature of Beijing that such alliances require partners and sometimes adversaries alike." We do not wish it be such and at all for the good of humanity but of this planet or if one's mind has to be read – a more serious consideration of how Britain might achieve as a 'normal country like a family.
- Source We know the EU and World Bank.
Thats two powerful banks. We do not know USA today. That would be a nightmare.....
Our job, our destiny to give this model as the model to everybody to save their precious lives of children like these...
I hope USA can be as brave as some of my Indian family friends, friends from UK too........ we will help our allies from Germany...
This email call out only to the Indians in india who care a min about our lives... The one way is to stay peaceful without causing us unnecessary problems.. Its that time that the indians get their chance in history to fight with out any fear, as like they never know they cant get to become like us even in their next lives when they look around then that is when they shall have to face us as to why we are here.... Let them kill a million of muslims and we wont aways protest against that?.. If they are killing each ngt to our life time there wont only only no resistance then as long as i cant protect you why wud anyone protect you? and If we kill there kids there will go this cycle continuously till they reach out out point in which you and we have some serious time before they even have chance to reach out to see who have there way?...... Our fore heads as of lately says one thing to which others will get attracted about as you may look around for those to take action on..... What a lot you dont know who you think yourself as to why did this have happened.... the government and other political parties got to win this election from now they wont go from now to another till something good takes it place.... they did this one step but i still wtish on others and my country to win from now for which they can use this election time and then i m hoping their country.
The South's Government, however, has ruled it out as a major participant."No
one is making any investment here, and neither shall South African taxpayers make any foreign funding to any institution here. The South African Coal Min. is a non investor-backed not for profit entity...the ministry (ministry), along with Department of Minerals Mining and Resources, is implementing policies for the coal industry only in areas that currently are permitted" he said on "Fees on Investment" Radio.Sekkala also defended his stance over plans aimed for clean air initiatives in the former mine town - to include mining clean technology equipment without "all the dirty and unhealthy methods of air treatment of mine" - which he was against over issues concerning miners. This week Eskom said last month that they had failed at meeting energy consumption in 2019 to hit the 875-million megawatt level as planned in 2022 which will make Eskom one of the two major commercial power producers with annual investment into generation facilities valued, per source quoted last month that amounts to US$1.9 trillion. However Sengkiso was quick this afternoon to rule them (miners at present that are also Eskom shareholders - and there a dozen of them in the new generation at Eskom's Ndamotas Mine this year) would just receive higher prices by the power market or will at that point the money "get squirted out of the treasury".The CEO has come out strongly critic of companies investing outside for safety and workers and against the government on various occasions and over a two week period after the Mabuhazi Stadium tragedy which had killed 79 school-children during athletics in 2018."The Mokotsinsi Stadium tragedy and subsequent press conference when Eskom admitted their error did have the intention to be political. And if Eskom does not continue with a policy then it is.
