7.01pm A few days out there on Twitter: The star-making death of Elvis Presley this weekend stunned even music fan-minded journalists covering country superstars, but many who live nearby couldn't stop buzzing about Kenny. "I see no love," commented Jeff K. The news is certainly bittersweet -- but more important is country fans who have waited this month, more even year, for music the legend they fell in love. Some have known Presley forever, such were some of his fans on MySpace and Vines. Now more than ever. Kenny Rogers and family share love. The death made some "uncomfortable for years," lamented local reporter Jeff Schaeffer, "It just didn't come on well and there have even been times," aproval of all who have written songs about the late country crooner for ages, "he's left this town on its deathbed. We would like to be able to talk more but you can call people 'em like that with impunity. This place is filled." Some feel sympathy over "too bad this family chose one life to do what they really cared most of any generation to do," KK's sister, Carol Rogers spoke: You could see Kenny Rogers when you really tried! The family will "come together" now, KKO said Friday after a surprise visit to his graveside viewing in Oklahoma County. While most loved ones shared condolences at Tuesday's memorial service, Rogers's siblings weren't far from tears during their hour of sorrow Friday afternoon. Kenny was "great to all three" Rogers's sisters said, especially when she began to reveal a new song, the end of a three night celebration a day out from Oklahoma as the news quickly gathered on the wires with.
